Financing:   If one or more items in your order has an extended ship date, your loan payment(s), including interest, may be due before the merchant ships all of the items. Please note that you may not receive a rebate of any interest that may have already accrued on an amount that later gets refunded.
 

Processing Times, Shipping times, Fulfillment, and Fees: 

The processing time for fulfillment, packaging, and Shipping your In stock vehicle  is approximately 14-28 business days.  Assembled units will take an additional week.  Pre-order Out of stock vehicles can take around 6-12 weeks (sometimes reaching several months). If cancelling, you will be responsible for a 10% restock/processing fee, and these fees are not refundable when cancelling due to current delays. Your order will be processed with the manufacture's warehouse and due to low stock and high demand, your vehicle is reserved on containers of vehicles coming into port if not available in the warehouse. We do not know where your vehicle is on the ocean, so please do not call for constant status updates, when your unit is in the warehouse and ready for picking and packing, or en route to our shop for assembly, you will receive a tracking number, Pro number, or bill of lading number depending on the transport company and/or how your unit is being transported.  If you cancel after your vehicle has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. 


 
 
Vehicle Titling:
MCO (manufacturer's certificate of origin) must be requested after receiving your vehicle and verifying its 17 digit VIN# by filling out the MCO Request Form,  unless your vehicle is being shipped fully assembled via car hauler directly from the Memphis, TN dealership or you are picking up in store. 
 
Assembly Options:

***All Unassembled Drop shipped vehicles are 80-85% assembled in crate and some assembly is required and there are NO assembly instructions.  All Vehicles picked up from the Dealership are fully assembled, tested, and tuned.  
***Detail description of what is NOT ASSEMBLED on the Trailmaster 90% Assembled Shipped Unit Option - Windshield, Light bar, Roll Cage, Steering Wheel, Battery, Gas Tank, and Gasoline is not in the gas tank.  
**** Ready to Ride Option - These are Fully Assembled, Tested, and Tuned.  When you receive the unit it WILL NOT have gasoline in the tank because they cannot be shipped with gasoline and you will have a brand new unused battery that will have to be put in your vehicle. 
 
Shipping Information:
 We use major freight lines to deliver your unit to you. They have terminals all over the country. Once the product reaches the terminal, the freight company will call you to set up a delivery time and date with you. Please make sure that you answer your phone for the shipping company though because they will not deliver your vehicle without contacting you first to schedule delivery. 
******VERY IMPORTANT!!  ---  if you live in the middle of nowhere and the driver does not feel comfortable getting his big semi to your house or it’s just not a smart idea or plain impossible, or if your vehicle is TOO LARGE for the semi truck lift gate and you do not have an additional way to unload the vehicle (i.e. a forklift)  then you will have to either meet them somewhere or pick it up from the terminal. There are NO discounts or refunds if you have to meet them or pick up from terminal.  If you would rather have a car hauler bring it to you, call us and we can get you a quote.
 
Shipping Damage and Route Insurance:

 ***IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR UNIT DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING, DO NOT REFUSE THE VEHICLE.*** 
Immediately take pictures of the damaged unit and submit a claim with route insurance.
  IF YOU HAVE ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE, AND YOUR CLAIM IS APPROVED, THEY WILL COVER THE COST OF THE UNIT TO BE REPLACED.  ROUTE WILL REFUND YOU FOR THE SCOOTER AND YOU WILL THEN GO ONTO THE SITE AND REMAKE THE PURCHASE. AT THAT TIME WE WILL SEND A CARRIER TO PICK UP THE DAMAGED UNIT TO RETURN AND GET A NEW ONE SENT OUT TO YOU.
IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE SHIPPING INSURANCE, OR YOUR CLAIM IS NOT APPROVED, IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE VEHICLE REPAIRED AFTER WE SEND YOU THE DAMAGED PARTS, OR IF YOU REFUSE THE SHIPMENT,  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS AND FEES ASSOCIATED. 

***Minor cosmetic damage due to shipping (i.e. small cosmetic scratches on plastic) are not covered under our warranty.. Remember you are getting these units at wholesale pricing and you receive these units just as a dealer would. Which is a great way to save money by cutting out the middleman profit and ordering directly from us, the supplier. Don't worry though, if a mirror is cracked or missing or something like that, although it is very rare that this happens, then we will definitely send you out a replacement part.

Returns:

All vehicles picked up in store or shipped fully assembled via car hauler are completely tested and tuned before leaving the dealership and there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. 
Vehicles shipped in crate unassembled - If for any reason you would like to return your bike within 7 days of delivery, simply ship it back to us and we will refund your order minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in new or unused condition in original packaging and contain all original materials included with shipment. Returns shipped freight collect will be refused and returned to the customer, or discarded. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less all actual shipping cost. No refund shall be issued on damaged or used items.
If units are not eligible for return, please fill out and submit a warranty claim form on WholesaleATV.com and our warranty department will send your warranty claim to the manufacturer for processing.  Furthermore, Warranty is with the manufacturer of vehicle, not Wholesale ATV. Wholesale ATV is not liable for manufacturer’s products, warranty decisions, vehicle purchased, or any warranty part associated with vehicle purchased.
 
Waiver Of Liability: 

Prices on website do not reflect, tax, or title fees. Vehicles in pictures are what they generally look like but may not be exact in every detail.  Seat colors, some accessories, and small features change periodically without notification.
Buyer accepts full liability for the vehicle, damages, and any third party liability incurred from the vehicle use from date of sale.
Buyer acknowledges Warranty is with the manufacturer of vehicle, not Wholesale ATV. Wholesale ATV is not liable for manufacturer’s products, warranty decisions, vehicle purchased, or any warranty part associated with vehicle purchased
 Buyer acknowledges Wholesale ATV does not make any warranty decisions. Warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer only and Wholesale ATV is not liable for manufacturer’s warranty decisions, vehicle purchased, or any part associated with manufacturer vehicle and/or warranty.
Buyer acknowledges that manufacturer warranty is maximum 6 months for engine and 3 months for drive train unless otherwise specified by Manufacturers Website and /or contract.  Please refer to Warranty Terms Here
Manufacturer warranty does not include Plastics, Paint, Body Parts or Accessories, Chains, Wheels, Tires, Batteries, Bearings, Ball joints, or any Wearable part.
Manufacturer warranty does not cover Damage from Misuse, Abuse, or neglect. Manufacturer Warranty does not include Shipping costs associated with warranty parts to and from the Manufacturer and buyer will be responsible for these costs.
**I, as buyer, acknowledge and agree to be above 18 years of age. I, as buyer, acknowledge and agree to follow the manufacturer's Minimum Age Recommendation Warning Label on the ATV and agree that I am not purchasing the vehicle for anyone under the age recommendation on the vehicle warning label. I, as buyer, acknowledge and understand that riding an all-terrain-vehicle, Utility Vehicle, dirt-bike, go kart, motorcycle, moped, pocket bike and gas scooter is a dangerous activity that requires strenuous exercise and various degrees of skill and experience for individual riders. I, as buyer, understand that these activities can result in serious injury to the person and damages to property and voluntarily assume any and all risk associated with loss, damage or injury while riding the vehicles advertised on our website. I, as buyer, am aware of the risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability inherent with the specific use of these vehicles as well as the inherent risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury and disability increase with inexperienced riders. I, as buyer, agree to release and forever discharge Wholesale ATV and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacture from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, cost or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to your participation or use of these vehicles, use of equipment or property supplied by Wholesale ATV or your presence upon the premises , whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, manufacture or distributor. I, as a buyer acknowledge and agree to be liable and pay for all court costs and attorney fees associated with any proceedings that may involve buyer, vehicle purchased, and Wholesale ATV.
By this Agreement, it is my intention as buyer, to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal rights to seek damages from Wholesale ATV and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This Agreement shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns. I, as buyer, hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I, as buyer, have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and agree to all the above Terms and Conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this Agreement and the affect of the same. I, as buyer, am aware that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I assume all risk, and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. I, as buyer, hereby certify that I have been informed of The ATV Rider Course , a half-day hands-on training program, that is available nationwide. Visit www.atvsafety.org and click on "Online Enrollment" or call 800-887-2887 to find the training program nearest to you.  I, as buyer, agree Wholesale ATV is not Liable for function and/or reliability of vehicle purchased, manufacturer's warranty decisions, vehicle itself, or any part associated with manufacturer vehicle and/or warranty. J, as buyer, agree to read the user's manual carefully before operating my vehicle. I, as buyer, agree to inspect my vehicle to be sure all nuts, bolts and chain are tight and the vehicle is safe for operations. I, as buyer, agree to wear a helmet and protective gear when riding. I, as buyer, acknowledge that it is my responsibility, to ascertain and obey all local, state and federal laws in regards to the possession and use of any items purchased from Wholesale ATV. Wholesale ATV will not be liable for the misuse of any products purchased from Wholesale ATV or any of its distributors or agents. I, as buyer, have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I, as buyer, am giving up substantial rights by agreeing to this waiver and have brought it freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance or guarantee being made to me. My purchase is to be considered as a complete an unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

****CHARGEBACK NOTICE – If you pay for your vehicle with a credit card and initiate a chargeback, or any other form of forced refund breaching terms agreed to in this contract or after receipt of your vehicle, then we will have you prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
